Plain-language service information

Service terms for a clear, informed repair visit.

These terms explain residential scheduling, safe access, the diagnostic fee, written estimates, repair approval, and follow-up. They are intended to make the process understandable before you book.

Before you book

The general process, with job-specific details in writing.

1. Service scope

Speed Appliance Repair currently books residential appliance service. The online catalog includes refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, cooktops, garbage disposals, built-in microwaves, and the related residential configurations shown during booking. Staff uses the service address and appliance information to confirm whether the requested visit can be accommodated.

Commercial and industrial appliance repair is not offered through the current residential booking flow. Contact the business if you are unsure which residential catalog option matches your appliance.

2. Appointments and availability

The live booking calendar shows current request windows. Staff confirms the service address, appliance coverage, and appointment. Contact hours of 7 AM–9 PM daily do not guarantee that every arrival window or a same-day appointment is available in every community.

Provide an accurate address, phone number, email address, and entry instructions. Booking details and appointment communications should be reviewed for the actual date and arrival window.

3. Safe access and appliance information

Please provide a clear, safe route to the appliance and secure pets away from the work area. Share the model number, symptoms, error codes, known leaks, and relevant repair history when available. Someone able to discuss the appliance and review the estimate should be available for the visit.

Do not move a connected appliance, disconnect gas or wiring, remove access panels, or create additional risk in preparation for service. If there is smoke, a gas odor, a significant leak, or water near electricity, prioritize emergency or utility assistance as appropriate before scheduling routine repair.

4. Diagnostic fee and written estimate

Every diagnostic visit starts with a flat $79 diagnostic fee. After assessing the appliance, the technician provides a written estimate for the recommended repair. If you approve that repair, the $79 diagnostic fee is credited toward it.

The diagnostic fee is not the completed repair price. Repair totals vary with the diagnosed cause, required parts, and labor. Repair work is authorized through your approval of the estimate; declining the estimate means the recommended repair has not been authorized.

5. Parts and repair timing

The required part and repair approach depend on the exact model and diagnosis. Part availability can affect whether work is completed during the initial visit or requires a follow-up. Any relevant timing information should be discussed in relation to the actual estimate rather than assumed from the appointment window.

The technician tests approved work as appropriate for the repair and explains relevant next steps. Continued symptoms, a new symptom, or another safety concern should be reported promptly.

6. Parts and labor warranty documents

Parts and labor warranty coverage is provided. The exact warranty duration and any exclusions for your repair are shown in the written estimate or invoice. Keep those documents and use them as the job-specific reference for coverage questions.

Contact Speed Appliance Repair with the invoice and current symptom if you believe a warranty review is needed. Do not attempt repairs or disassembly that could create a safety risk.

7. Appointment changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, call 872-337-0054 as soon as practical so scheduling options can be discussed. Provide the name, service address, and appointment date used for the booking.

If you have questions about the options for a particular appointment, ask when booking or when requesting the change.

8. Job-specific documents and questions

These general terms explain the service process; they do not replace the written estimate, invoice, or other job-specific terms provided for a repair. Those documents are the reference for the approved work, repair price, exact warranty duration, and any exclusions.

Questions can be directed to speedrepair1985@gmail.com or 872-337-0054. Ask for clarification before approving work if any part of the estimate or warranty information is unclear.
