Local DuPage County service
Appliance Repair in Lombard, IL
Lombard covers a lot of ground for one village, and its housing does too: postwar ranches and Cape Cods near the older core, sprawling apartment and condominium developments along Butterfield Road, and newer townhome communities in between. We service all of it.
That mix is why our Lombard calls range from a single-family refrigerator that stopped cooling to a stacked laundry unit in a third-floor condo. Both get the same two-hour arrival window and the same written estimate before any work begins.

Serving Lombard's single-family homes and multi-unit buildings
The condominium and apartment corridor along Butterfield and Highland brings a particular set of repairs. Stacked washer-dryer units live in closets with minimal clearance, share walls with living space, and vent through paths that are not easy to inspect. Noise and vibration complaints are common here, and they are usually worn suspension components or an unbalanced drum rather than anything catastrophic. Diagnosing that correctly avoids an unnecessary replacement.
In the older single-family neighborhoods, gas ranges and wall ovens dominate our call volume. Igniters weaken gradually, so the failure shows up as a burner that takes longer and longer to light before it stops entirely. Caught early it is an inexpensive part. We would rather replace an igniter than have a homeowner smell gas in the kitchen, so we check them on any range call.
Many Lombard associations require a certificate of insurance before a contractor works in the building. Tell us when you book and we will have it sent ahead, so the technician is not turned away at the door and your arrival window is not wasted.

Frequently asked
Lombard repair questions, answered.
Still unsure? Call us and describe what your appliance is doing. We’ll help you choose the next step.
872-337-0054 →Do you service condominiums and apartments in Lombard?
Yes, throughout the village including the Butterfield Road corridor. If your association needs a certificate of insurance on file, mention it when booking and we will send it in advance.
My stacked washer-dryer shakes and bangs on spin. What causes that?
Usually worn suspension rods or shock absorbers, a load that will not balance, or leveling that has drifted. These are repairable. It rarely means the machine needs replacing, despite how alarming the noise is.
My gas burner takes several clicks to light. Is that urgent?
It is worth addressing soon. A weakening igniter allows gas to flow before ignition, and it only gets worse. The part is inexpensive and the repair is quick, so it is much better handled before it fails completely.
Can you get into a tight laundry closet?
Yes. Stacked units in closets are routine work for us. We pull and reseat them without damaging the door frame or the flooring around them.
What areas of Lombard do you cover?
All of it, from the older neighborhoods near the downtown Metra station out to the Butterfield and Finley Road corridors, plus the surrounding villages.
Is the diagnostic fee applied to the repair?
Yes. The fee covers the trip and diagnosis, and it comes off the total once you approve the repair.
